An Alumni Talk on the topic “Software Careers Unlocked: Opportunities, Skills, and Leadership Journey” was organized at Bapatla Women’s Engineering College under the aegis of the BWEC Alumni Cell.

The session featured distinguished alumna R. Varshith (2017–2021, CSE), who is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, as the chief guest. She shared valuable insights on career opportunities in the software industry, essential technical and soft skills, and the importance of leadership in professional growth, thereby creating awareness among the students.

The program was attended by Principal Dr. Ch. Hima Bindu, Vice Principal Smt. I. Haritha, Head of the Department (CSE) Smt. G. Venkateswari, Head of the Department (ECE) Smt. B. Mahalakshmi, Head of the Department (S&H) Smt. M. Suvarna Kumari, along with alumni coordinators and faculty members.
