Bapatla Women’s Engineering College (BWEC), Bapatla, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Core IoT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India, Ongole, with the objective of strengthening industry–academia collaboration and enhancing students’ technical competencies, practical knowledge, employability, and innovation.

As part of this collaboration, both organizations will jointly conduct internships, industrial visits, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs). The partnership will also facilitate live industry-based projects, technical guidance for final-year projects, and collaborative research and innovation initiatives, enabling students to gain valuable hands-on experience and industry exposure.

The experts from Core IoT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will provide technical training, expert lectures, mentoring for student research and innovation, and valuable recommendations for curriculum enhancement in line with evolving industry requirements. In addition, deserving students will be considered for employment opportunities, subject to the company’s recruitment policies and eligibility criteria.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Himabindu, Principal of Bapatla Women’s Engineering College, stated that the MoU would help bridge the gap between industry and academia by providing students with practical exposure and industry-oriented learning experiences.

The Management of Bapatla Education Society expressed that this collaboration would play a vital role in preparing students to meet industry expectations. They further emphasized that the partnership would significantly contribute to skill development, research, innovation, and enhanced career opportunities, thereby empowering students to excel in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
