Students from the ECE Department of Bapatla Women’s Engineering College showcased their talent by participating in Hackfusion 2026 – an International Level Hackathon & Project Expo. The event was organized grandly by Brainovision in collaboration with JNTU Hyderabad.

In this prestigious hackathon, students from 95 colleges across various states presented their innovative projects, making the competition highly intense. More than 40 jury members from leading organizations such as Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Oracle, Deloitte, Virtusa, and T-Hub (Math) participated, offering their valuable time, expertise, and mentorship.

Among the participants, Ramya, a third-year ECE student from Bapatla Women’s Engineering College, stood out with her exceptional performance and was selected for an internship opportunity. College Principal Dr. Himabindu congratulated the student for bringing pride to the institution.

On this occasion, Principal Dr. Himabindu, Vice Principal I. Haritha, Head of Department B. Mahalakshmi, and faculty members appreciated the students and stated that participation in such national and international events plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ technical skills. They encouraged students to actively participate in similar platforms to expand their knowledge and innovation capabilities.
