Bringing laurels to Bapatla Women’s Engineering College (BWEC), NCC Corporal (CPL) B. Bhavya Sri showcased outstanding talent at the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Cultural Exchange Camp, earning widespread appreciation for her remarkable achievements.

The camp was jointly organized by the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (AP & T) Directorate and the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Directorate at KL University, Vaddeswaram, Guntur District, from June 24 to July 5, 2026. NCC cadets from both directorates participated in the camp, which aimed to promote national integration, cultural exchange, leadership, and personality development.

The programme featured a variety of competitions and activities, including cultural performances, sports events, quizzes, extempore speeches, debates, and group discussions. Cultural exchange programmes served as one of the major highlights of the camp, providing participants with an opportunity to experience India’s rich cultural diversity.

As part of the camp, the cadets also visited several prominent historical, cultural, and tourist destinations, including Suryalanka Beach, Suryalanka Air Force Station, the Amaravati Capital Region, and the Undavalli Caves, where they gained valuable insights into the heritage and significance of these places.

Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, CPL B. Bhavya Sri delivered an outstanding performance in the cultural events and quiz competitions, winning three Gold Medals and bringing great pride and recognition to Bapatla Women’s Engineering College.

On this occasion, Dr. Chinni Himabindu, Principal, Ms. I. Haritha, Vice Principal, NCC Caretaking Officer Nava Bhanu, and Heads of Departments Mahalakshmi, Venkateswari, and Suvarna Kumari congratulated Bhavya Sri on her remarkable achievement. They appreciated her dedication and wished her continued success in future competitions, expressing confidence that she would bring even greater laurels to the institution in the years ahead.
