Bapatla, Feb 17, 2026: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Bapatla Women’s Engineering College organized a seminar on “Sponsored Seed Grant Proposal Writing ” Dr . M.V.P. Chandra Sekhar Rao, HOD of CSE (Data Science), R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering, Guntur, served as the resource person.

He explained key aspects of proposal writing, including idea development, structuring, and funding requirements. Students and faculty actively participated and gained valuable insights into research and innovation.

The program concluded successfully with a vote of thanks.
